1. Agreement
These terms form an agreement between you and Maximilian Meister ("we", "us") for the use of Terra Idle, including the website and the game. By creating an account, playing as a guest, or otherwise using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service.
2. Who can play
You must be at least 13 years old. If the law where you live requires a higher age for consenting to online services, or requires a parent or guardian to agree, you may only use Terra Idle with that consent. You are responsible for complying with the law that applies to you.
3. Your account
You can play as a guest, register with an email address, or sign in with a supported provider. Keep your credentials private. You are responsible for activity on your account. One person should not maintain multiple accounts to evade limits, bans, or economy rules.
We may add or remove sign-in methods over time. If you sign in with a third-party provider, you also agree to that provider's terms.
4. Names and conduct
Your display name is visible to other players. Names must be 4–16 characters, use only letters, numbers and underscores, start with a letter, and must not be reserved, impersonate staff or another person, or contain slurs, sexual content, or harassment. We may reject, change, or remove a name that breaks these rules, and repeated abuse can lead to suspension.
Do not cheat, exploit bugs, automate the client, attack the service, scrape other players' data, or attempt to access accounts or systems you do not own. Report security problems to contact@machinebot.xyz rather than exploiting them.
5. Virtual items and currency
Gold, items, and other in-game property are a licence to use them inside Terra Idle. They have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for money, and are not transferable outside the game. We may adjust, reset, or remove game content for balance, security, or development reasons. Nothing in the current build can be purchased.
6. Availability and changes
Terra Idle is in active development. Features may change, break, or be removed. We may take the service offline for maintenance, and we do not promise uninterrupted availability. We will try to give notice of significant changes, but an early build cannot guarantee it.
7. Suspension and termination
You can stop using the service at any time and delete your account from the Account screen. We may suspend or terminate access if you break these terms, threaten the security or integrity of the service, or if we are required to by law. Where reasonable, we will explain why.
8. Our content
The game, its artwork, text, code, and branding are owned by us or used under licence. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to play for your own enjoyment. Do not copy, redistribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative commercial products from the game, except where the law expressly allows it.
9. Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that it will be error-free, secure, or available at a particular time. We do not exclude warranties that cannot be excluded by law, including statutory consumer rights.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body, or health, and where the law requires it. For simple negligence, we are liable only for breach of a core contractual obligation and limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this kind of service. This does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, this does not remove the protection of mandatory rules in your country of residence.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the game changes. Material changes will be announced in the app or on this page. The version above is the current one. Questions: contact@machinebot.xyz.
