Account

Delete your account

You can remove your Terra Idle account and its game data at any time. No reason required.

In the app

  1. Open Terra Idle and sign in.
  2. Open the Account screen from the top bar.
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm.

The account is deleted immediately. This includes the login, linked sign-in records, sessions, the selected name, player state, and game history. It cannot be undone.

By email

If you cannot sign in, write to contact@machinebot.xyz from the address on the account. Tell us the display name and sign-in method. We will verify the request and delete the account. Do not send a password or session token.

Guests

A guest account has no email or provider attached. Deleting it inside the app is the only way to remove it. If you sign out of a guest account without linking it, its progress cannot be recovered.

What remains

Database backups are rotated within 14 days, so a deleted account may exist in an encrypted backup until it is overwritten. We do not restore individual accounts from backups except where necessary for disaster recovery. Server logs are short-lived and are not linked back to a deleted account.
