Include your display name and, if the problem is account-related, the sign-in method you use. Never send your password or a session token.

Account problems

If you cannot sign in, check that you are using the same email address or provider you registered with. Password reset is being added together with transactional email; until it is available, write to us from the address on the account and we will help. Guests cannot recover an account that was signed out unless it was linked to an email or provider.

Report a bug

Tell us what you did, what you expected, and what happened. A screenshot helps. If the game showed a reference code, include it. Please report security issues privately to the address above instead of posting them publicly.

Use the in-app path described on the account deletion page. If you cannot access the app, email us and we will handle it.
